Kristen Kleiboer

Kristen joined Harrell Remodeling in 2006, working in our Production department managing small projects in our design + build division. After tackling five years of project management, Kristen took on the role of project manager with HarrellCARE in 2011. Kristen cut her teeth on estimating, project management and crew supervision skills while working at her Fathers’ demolition and excavation construction company in Northern New York while supporting herself in her endeavor to obtain her dual degree in Bachelor of Science for Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering.  Kristen’s supervisory skills started early when helping her 4 younger brothers and sisters with the directing of building of forts and sand castles & “roads” in the sand box.  Although Kristen’s previous construction experience is in running heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers, bull dozers) while working on commercial construction sites and some residential homes installing septic systems; she learned many valuable lessons that she carries over to helping her meet and exceed clients expectations while being a project manager with HarrellCARE. When not working, Kristen enjoys her time off golfing, camping, hiking, painting with water colors, walking her dog, and being a potter (either wheel throwing or doing hand built pottery).  You can usually see examples of her latest pottery creations above her desk in her workspace.  An avid SF Giants baseball fan who can be usually seen wearing her Giants “orange and black” on Friday, and attending games as often as possible.   Kristen’s love of all things technical and electronic has earned her the affectionate title among her coworkers and friends as the “resident techie-geek”.
