Designing Your Dreams
Harrell Remodeling aspires to create houses for living and homes for life. Before delving in, we want you to feel confident and knowledgeable about the dream you hope to achieve and the place you like to share and call your home. The look of your home is an extension of you and your family. Before bringing your design dreams to life we want you to feel comfortable with each step you take with us.
Designing The Elements
First, we'll meet and discuss how you and your family want to live in and around your home. We'll explore your daily activities and any special life considerations that are relevant to how your home functions. We will then explore your design tastes, perhaps by together studying magazines, books and other resources as we develop ideas. We will develop schematic drawings, floor plans, and assist in selecting colors, materials and timeless design details/accents. In addition to resolving your home's functional issues, we will translate your personal style of your home through thoughtful space planning and finish choices.
Designing Your Budget
Dreams and budgets sometimes don't match. Our job is to do both, providing guidance on reaching your dreams, while respecting your budget. We will assist you with modifying the project to align your needs and desires with your budget. We help design your budget by considering structural, financial, and design elements simultaneously. We go beyond generic estimating practices and study the unique issues related to your particular home and site. Our approach enables you to establish and work within the budget in a shorter timeframe than the standard practice of hiring separate firms for design and construction.
Working As A Team
Once you are ready to partner with Harrell Remodeling, rest assured that communication with all members of the team will be taking place. Our designers, project and site managers, and craftspeople work closely together, share a mutual understanding of your project and work to bring your design dreams to life.
