October 28, 2011On Tuesday of this week Ciro Giammona, President of Harrell Remodeling had the pleasure of receiving a proclamation from Jac Siegel, Mayor of Mountain View, recognizing Harrell Remodeling along with seven other Mountain View businesses for achieving Green Business Certification from the Santa Clara County Green Business Program. Giammona proudly accepted the award and says “we received the award because we have adopted environmentally sound business practices in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction and pollution prevention. I was honored to represent the Employee Owners of Harrell Remodeling!”

New York, NY, May 23, 2011 – Inc. magazine and Winning Workplaces today announce the winners of the 2011 Top Small Company Workplaces competition—an annual contest that recognizes the nation’s best small and mid-sized company work environments—in Inc.’s June issue. The magazine features the contest’s 50 winners, a diverse array of organizations from a variety of industries and regions throughout the United States. Every year since 2003, Winning Workplaces, an Evanston, IL-based nonprofit organization, has recognized those firms that attribute much of their business success to their commitment to exemplary people practices and outstanding workplace cultures. We are pleased to announce that Harrell Remodeling, Inc., a Design + Build firm in Mountain View, CA was nominated and was one of the 50 winners of the Top Small Company Workplaces awards.
The award ceremony will be held in Dallas, Texas from June 15-17th which will also coincide with the Inc. Magazine Leadership Conference. The leadership conference provides leaders and future leaders with the tools and information they need to become stronger, more knowledgeable and refine their leadership skills. This information packed three day event will enlighten, refocus and revitalize anyone interested in growth, both personal and professionally. The award ceremony as one of the highlights of the conference.
