Initial visit to your home
Visit one of our Design Centers
Enter into Design Agreement to start Design Process
Creation of Conceptual Floor plan Designs, and then Conceptual Budget based on those designs
Interactive until Design and Budget are in alignment
Phase 2: Design Development
Agreed-Upon Budget
Develop Working drawings and written specifications for scope of work
Phase 3: Construction
Construction (“Build”) Contract is presented
Permit obtained (if not earlier)
Construction Begins!
On-site Harrell Remodeling Design / Build Project Management
Project is complete
Post Construction
