Carpenter III

Requirements:

  • Twenty-plus years experience in construction and must be highly skilled in all aspects of remodeling and construction.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints for material take-offs, and structural considerations (e.g. load bearing walls).
  • Possess and demonstrate a high skill level in rough carpentry, structural aspects, and all areas of finish carpentry necessary to build a project independently.
  • Read, comprehend, and follow the requirements of factory specifications of all materials used on the project.
  • Demonstrate the necessary characteristic to be the leader of the project (such as be on time, proactive, organized, professional, supportive and composed).
  • Own all HRI required hand and power tools (in Harrell Remodeling Employee Handbook under Tools), safety glasses and ear protection will be provided by Harrell Remodeling.

    Sales/Designer

    Sales/Designer who has 4+ years experience in residential design/construction. Possesses computer proficiency and demonstrates skill in using software such as Word and Excel. Has current product knowledge in cabinetry (made to order and custom), lighting, fixtures, finishes (such as tile, stone, solid surfacing and laminates), appliances, and flooring. Is able to produce schematic plans, sketches, and notes to efficiency transfer project information to the CAD department. Is credentialed Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD), Certified Bath Designer (CBD), Certified Interior Designer (CID), or has professional membership in American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Is capable of generating revenue goals set by the Senior Sales/Designer and the Vice President of Sales/Sales Manager.

    Architect

    Harrell Remodeling is looking for an Architect who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and working with exceptional clients. Successful candidates will be licensed Architects and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential design, and sales experience is a plus. Essential skills include computer proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Photoshop, Word and Excel, along with current product knowledge in cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and flooring. We want to see your designs built.

    Building Designer

    Harrell Remodeling is looking for a Building Designer who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and working with exceptional clients. Successful candidates will be certified Building Designers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential design. Sales experience will be a plus. Essential skills include computer proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Photoshop, Word and Excel, along with current product knowledge in cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and flooring.
