THE COMPANY

In 1985, Iris Harrell formed Harrell Remodeling, Inc., (HRI) with just one employee. Today, the company has grown to over fifty employees.

We serve San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula homeowners within a 30-minute radius of our Menlo Park office in order to be able to respond quickly and efficiently to our clients’ needs. As a Design/Build company, we offer innovative design by award-winning designers and architects and the finest quality craftsmanship in construction. Continuous daily progress, daily communication and timely completion are crucial to the success of a remodeling project. As a woman-owned company, we pay close attention to detail and perform every project with minimum disruption to the homeowner’s daily activities. Our jobsite policies prohibit smoking, swearing, the telling of racist and sexist jokes, and radios. Our staff takes special care to maintain as clean and quiet a setting as possible during the construction process.

OUR TEAM We are a team of remodeling professionals: architects, designers, computer-aided draftspersons, salespeople, carpenters, estimators, as well as subcontractors and suppliers, striving to provide you with the very best in residential remodeling.

SAFETY

Each year, our employees participate in a CPR Seminar. Although not required by OSHA for a company of our size, we feel it is important that our employees be prepared for all types of situations. (Juan saves the day!)
